Iris, you were a wonderful woman. So incredibly smart, kind, caring and funny. I am lucky that I got to know you in your too short lifetime. Seeing all the messages shows just how many friends you collected from all over the world, and how much love you gave. Stuff cancer for taking you from your family. Thank you to all the medical staff who cared for you. Sending Chris, AJ and Abi my love. I hope that they continue to feel your love for them.

Dearest Iris, There are literally no words to express our profound sadness at the news of your passing. You truly were one of a kind, an incredibly humble and kind woman with such accomplishment and vision. While only for a short period, it was an absolute privilege to know you and have the opportunity to work with you, and our hearts go out to your entire family, especially your husband and children, and this incredibly sad time. I met Iris in Lausanne at the IMD EMBA and like all my fellow students, I loved Iris for her positive energy and sharp wit. Hearing this news was a total shock. I only met Iris in March this year at a conference, but even in our brief conversation she was so warm and supportive. I am sincerely saddened by her passing, and wish the very best for her friends and family in this difficult time.
