#MoveForLex inspiration, Alexa Leary, cycling prior to her cycling accident

Are you an avid cyclist? Why not join us and cycle at the Noosa Classic?

For the first time, RBWH Foundation is delighted to partner with Noosa Classic – a premier cycling event in Noosa on Sunday 14 August – to raise funds for WeCU, a pilot family support program for the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Constantly evolving and quickly developing a reputation as Queensland’s finest Gran Fondo, the popular event will cater for all riders – from keen amateurs to top-level pros.

Triathlete Lex Leary suffered serious brain injuries following a shock cycling accident last year and her journey to recovery has inspired us all to get moving for those who can’t. Based in Lex’s hometown, the Noosa Classic is the perfect way to #MoveForLex. Join Lex as she fires the starting gun and help us raise funds for a cause she’s passionate about.
